Passionate advisor who takes initiative in the community. She currently serves as the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant for Beanstalk Preschool Centers in Sacramento, supporting educators and strengthening relationship-based practices in early learning environments.

Passionate about strengthening community health through better systems and smarter use of technology. Over two decades of experience in nonprofit and FQHC settings, with a background in healthcare operations and information systems. He is deeply committed to building practical tools and workflows that meaningfully improve outcomes while removing unnecessary friction and making systems work better for the people who rely on them.

Hi, I'm Nico Novick , and I am one of the Coordinated Care Companions here at Common Good Community! I am in charge of running our farmers market booth (if you are ever at a Saturday Davis Market, come say hi), some of our outreach work, and most importantly I help provide services to our community members!

I am a Bilingual Spanish Lead Care Manager with seven years of case management with TAY (transitional age youth), survivors of trafficking/domestic violence population of focus, and Housing Specialist for the Rapid Rehousing Program. Three years with CalAIM Enhanced Care Management/Community Supports Housing Navigation population with a focus on diabetes education and social determinants of health.

As a dedicated public health professional, Juliana conducts client outreach and manages partner relationships with the success of the community at the forefront. She is passionate about improving access to resources and health education to empower individuals to reach their health goals. Her academic background in Human Development and Sociology equips her to make strategic moves to target the social determinants of health and assist in navigating a complex health system.
